Banger Fest - The Vineyard

Chorizo & Calamari dish
Chargrilled & marinated calamari served 
with grilled mild chorizo
on a rocket and tomato salad with a slice of lemon.
Served with icy cold Saint Kilda Brew.

Delicious - the dish in this photo didn't last long after the shoot, neither did the beer.

Banger Fest - Prince Alfred

Prince Alfred's have selected a sustainable option for their Banger Fest dish.
Hand picked & grazed Natural Australian Salt Bush Lamb sausages.
Grilled to perfection and served on Prince Alfred's award winning
creamy mash, flavoured with Yarra Valley early spring blossom rosemary
& locally sourced lemon pesto, 
Topped with Saint Kilda Brew Onion ring donuts seasoned with seeded mustard and lemon zest (they ROCK!)
finished with a demi glaze

Banger Fest - Flare Contemporary Grill

The 2nd Annual Banger Fest has been announced

The 2nd annual celebration of the glorious banger is about to start.  This year its been extended to run from Sept 9th to Oct 2nd.  Venues in St Kilda and surrounds will be dishing up gourmet banger dishes matched with Saint Kilda Brew.

Venues are frantically experimenting with their sausage machines to get the best banger dish possible.  Venues and dishes to be announced shortly.
